At ViceGripGarage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your new threads don't fit just right or aren't up to your standards, we'll get you sorted out quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor the journey back to our garage.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
